:: LOCAL MORTGAGES :: First Global Bank has joined forces with Jamaica National Building Society (JNBS) to offer mortgages to clients. First Time Home Owners : 95% Financing 14% Interest Rate per annum Second Time Home Owners/Occupier Mortgage : 95% Financing 16% Interest Rate per annum

Refinancing (Existing Mortgages with other Institutions) :

• 95% Financing
• 16% Interest Rate per annum
• JNBS will also be willing to refinance existing mortgages not presently held with them.

All Categories :

• Applicants need not be an existing customer of JNBS.
• All pre-screening and qualification will be done by FGB.
• FGB will provide bridge financing until JNBS pays out the full proceeds of the mortgage approved.
• Financing will be provided at 95% of sale price or value of property, whichever is lower.
