WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT

The information we collect is limited to what we believe is necessary or useful to conduct our business; to administer your records, accounts and funds; to comply with laws and regulations; to help us design or improve products and services; and to understand your financial needs so that we can provide you with quality products and superior service.

For example, nonpublic personal information includes information regarding your account balance, payment history, and overdraft history. We may collect, retain and use "nonpublic personal information" about you from the following sources:

Information about your accounts or transactions with us, our affiliates or others including account balances, account activity and payment history; and
Information we receive from a consumer report, such as information regarding your creditworthiness or credit history.

WHAT INFORMATION WE DISCLOSE

We are permitted under law to disclose nonpublic personal information about you to other third parties in certain circumstances. For example, we disclose nonpublic personal information about you to third parties to assist us in servicing your loan or account with us, to government entities in response to subpoenas, and to credit bureaus. We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about you to anyone, except as permitted by law. As examples, we may disclose information to service providers in order to help us to:

Administer or enforce a transaction;

If you decide to close your account(s) or your account becomes inactive, we will continue to adhere to the privacy policies and practices described in this notice.

In addition, we may disclose all of the information we collect, as described above in the section "What Information We Collect," to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with which we have joint marketing agreements.

SHARING WITH COMPANIES THAT WORK WITH US

In order to conduct company business, and to offer products or services that may complement your relationship with us, we may share some or all of the information we collect, as described above, with the following companies (including our affiliates):

We are committed to maintaining the security of our Customers' financial and personal information. All operational and data processing systems are in a secure environment that protects Customer information from being accessed by unauthorized individuals or third parties. Access to nonpublic information about you is restricted to those Associates who need to know that information in order to provide products or services to you. We train all employees to recognize and respect your privacy. The bank maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with standards to guard your nonpublic personal information. Correspondence and telephone conversations are monitored for quality, compliance, and accuracy to ensure that our standards are being followed.

From time to time, we may enter into agreements with other companies to provide services to us or to make products and services available to you. Under these agreements, the companies may receive information about you. They must safeguard this information, and they may not use it for any other purpose.

COOKIES AND BROWSERS

A browser cookie is a small amount of information stored in a file on the host computer. Cookies allow a web page to store some information that will persist on the user's computer after it exits from the page. Cookies are not used to retrieve any data from your hard drive, nor can they run a program on your computer.

We use cookies to maintain a visitor's navigation state within our site and online banking system. We do not store personally identifiable information in these cookies, and we do not read any cookies that we did not specifically place. Neither do we use cookies to track your web browsing patterns or for any other marketing purpose.
