In order to avoid any problems in this process, please ensure that your computer meets the following system requirements before proceeding:
General:
- Internet access
- A modem (56 kbps or higher recommended) or broadband connection
- A browser that supports 128-bit strong encryption, such as Microsoft® Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox.
If you use a Windows® Operating System:
