About Arlene Williams Vice President of Personal and Business Banking (PBB)

Arlene Williams was appointed Vice President, Personal and Business Banking (PBB) in October 2018. As the VP of PBB Arlene has oversight of FGB’s branch network comprising branches, satellites and agencies and champions the sales and service deliverables of the bank.

Since December 2017, she has served as Assistant Vice President, Sales & Service Delivery with responsibility for service delivery in the Consumer and Business market segments. Prior to this she led the opening and strong performance of the Ocho Rios Branch in her capacity as Branch Manager. Arlene brings a wealth of experience to the PBB portfolio having served in the financial services sector for over twenty two (22) years. Arlene began her banking career at Citizens Bank, formerly Mutual Security Bank, and later advanced her career at the National Commercial Bank, where she served in the capacities Personal Banker and later Business Banker, Management Support. She was recognized as a sales champion at that institution and also copped several top sales awards. More recently she was inducted into the 2016 FGB High Achievers Club.

Arlene is a graduate of Nova South-eastern University with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a BSc. Degree in Professional Management. She volunteers with the Jamaica Cancer Society and provides support to the outreach programs at St. John’s Anglican Church. She is married and has two daughters.
