Terms & Conditions

• FGB will provide up to 90% financing or up to 80% of forced sale value of property being used as security
• Security is required in the form of land or bird or pig houses
• Pay over a period of 15 years
• Borrower must have a debt to credit ratio of 1.25x the amount they wish to borrow
• One month’s payment is required to be in reserve for the life of the facility
