It is the policy of First Global Bank to respond to customer complaints, disputes, and issues swiftly and to treat each customer's feedback as a matter of importance. We commit to investigate all complaints fairly and confidentially.

We encourage our customers to submit complaints in writing via any of the following channels:

1 ) Submit a letter in branch to a Customer Service Representative, Customer Service Manager, or Branch Manager.

Alternatively you may call our Customer Care Centre to register your complaint verbally at any of the following numbers

Once your complaint has been formally lodged you will be provided with a reference number and an expected timeline for resolution — usually within five (5) business days. We will provide you with regular updates until your complaint is resolved.
We expect that your complaint will be resolved within 30 business days of receipt. If we are unable to resolve your complaint within this timeline we will notify you of the potential delay and the reason(s) for the delay.
